• Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient numbers or severe weather conditions, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered

Tour Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive at the meeting point on time
• Follow the instructions of the guide
• Behave respectfully towards other participants, guides, and members of the public
• Not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances before or during the tour

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or endangers others.

Health and Safety

• Tours involve walking on various surfaces and may not be suitable for all fitness levels
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and should disclose any relevant health conditions
• We recommend appropriate footwear and weather-suitable clothing
• Participants join tours at their own risk
